Last Updated: May 24, 2026

Welcome to Double Barrel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of doublebarrelathens.com (the “Site”) and the products, services, and experiences we offer, including bar service, private event inquiries, job applications, gift cards (where offered), promotions, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Double Barrel is owned and operated by Hospitality South LLC (“Double Barrel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 429 E Broad Street, Athens, GA 30601.

By accessing the Site or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to submit inquiries through our forms. You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including failure to verify age. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive traffic.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content from the Site, except for public search engines indexing the Site in the ordinary course.
  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Site without our written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us or anyone else.
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Collect or harvest information about other users.

3. Entry, Capacity, and Wait Times

Double Barrel does not take reservations and does not sell tables, booths, or other seating. Entry is first-come, first-served and subject to capacity, fire code requirements, ID verification, and the discretion of our staff and security. Wait times, cover charges (where applicable), and access to specific areas of the venue may change without notice based on capacity, private events, themed nights, or operational decisions made at our discretion.

We do not guarantee entry to anyone at any time.

4. Dress Code, Conduct, and Right of Refusal

We may enforce a dress code and conduct standards for entry and continued service. We reserve the right to refuse entry, deny service, and remove any guest from the premises at our sole discretion, including for intoxication, disorderly or unsafe conduct, harassment of guests or staff, refusal to comply with house rules, or any conduct that we believe may pose a risk to other guests, staff, or property. No refunds will be provided for cover charges, deposits, minimums, or other amounts in the event of refusal of entry or removal for cause.

5. Menu, Pricing, and Availability

Drink menus, cocktail offerings, food offerings (where available), prices, and item availability are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on factors including:

  • Market pricing of spirits, beer, wine, and other beverages.
  • Special events, holidays, festivals, DJ nights, and live music nights.
  • Themed nights and limited-time releases.
  • Happy hour windows, daily specials, and limited-time offers.
  • Promotional periods and partnership events.

Prices shown on the Site, on printed menus, on chalkboards, and on signage are provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect the current price. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the point of sale at the time you place the order.

If a price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. In that case, we will issue a full refund where applicable.

Some items may be unavailable due to supply issues, sell-outs, bar capacity, equipment limitations, or event-specific service. We do our best to keep menus current but cannot guarantee the availability of any item.

Photos of drinks and food on the Site and in our marketing are for illustration only. Garnish, glassware, and presentation may vary.

6. Promotions, Specials, and Happy Hour

From time to time we run promotions, happy hour deals, daily specials, ticketed events, contests, and other limited offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be made available at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • Offers are subject to availability and may end at any time.
  • Offers are limited to in-person redemption unless otherwise specified.
  • Offers have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any promotion at our discretion.

7. Private Events

Private event inquiries submitted through the Site are not bookings or confirmations. They are requests for our team to follow up on. Availability, deposits, minimums, food and beverage selections, service charges, cancellation terms, and any other commercial terms are governed by a separate event agreement provided at the time of booking. The terms of any such agreement control in case of any conflict with these Terms.

8. Job Applications

Job applications submitted through the Site are not employment offers and do not create any employment relationship. We may contact you regarding your application at our discretion. Any employment offer would be subject to a separate written offer letter and our standard hiring process, including background and reference checks where applicable.

9. User-Generated Content and Photography

If you post a review, photo, video, comment, tag, or other content on our social media, on a review platform, or directly on the Site, you grant Double Barrel a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, including on our website, social media, advertising, and printed materials, with appropriate credit where reasonable. You represent that any content you post is your own original work, does not violate anyone’s rights, and complies with the platform’s rules and applicable law. We may remove or refuse to use any content at our discretion.

You also acknowledge that photography, videography, and audio recording may take place on the premises for marketing, security, and operational purposes. By entering Double Barrel, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials without compensation.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, photos, illustrations, logos, brand marks, menus, recipes, descriptions, software, and design, are owned by Double Barrel or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The Double Barrel name, the Double Barrel logos, and related marks are trademarks of Hospitality South LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including form-routing and automation tools (such as Make.com), spreadsheet and document storage (such as Google Workspace and Google Sheets), analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4), social media platforms, and website hosting and infrastructure (such as Webflow). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third parties.

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make reasonable efforts to disclose allergens and ingredients for items prepared on premises, but we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact with allergens. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should speak with a manager before ordering. We are not liable for adverse reactions to ingredients or allergens.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOUBLE BARREL, HOSPITALITY SOUTH LLC, AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Double Barrel, Hospitality South LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as a banner on the Site). Your continued use of the Site or Services after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements we provide to you in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and Double Barrel regarding the Site and Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
